I strongly believe that bringing together the essence of eastern wisdom with western, scientific principles of psychology and physiology can lead to a deep, profound change on the human experience.

My aspiration is to hold a safe space:


For students to immerse into a strong but meditative practice, where physical challenge & mindful presence are of equal significance, where Yin & Yang energies beautifully interweave!

Every class is a unique opportunity for self- discovery, a journey of exploring our own unique body - mind connection, a chance to tune into the rhythm of our true, innermost, peaceful existence.


Every moment in the class is a new chance to motivate, inspire and be inspired!

Katerina's lunch yoga session is what my body needs in order to have more energy during a day at the office. It is perfect when you feel stiff in the joints and want to do something about it! Katerina adapts to our wishes. Her classes are for all levels and no experience is necessary. Afterwards, the whole body feels great, especially the shoulders, neck, back and hips!
